Serena Benjamin, B.S.
Project Coordinator
Serena graduated from the University of Oregon in 2022 with double majors in Psychology and Sociology. She conducted a senior honors thesis investigating how college students define and perceive sexual risk. Serena is a certified sex educator who is passionate about increasing access to holistic sex education for people of all ages and backgrounds. Her research interests include sexual risk taking and protective factors, sexual health and wellbeing, particularly in underrepresented communities, and the relationships between mental and sexual health. In her free time, she enjoys reading, eating good food, and spending time at the Oregon coast.
